Class Descriptions: Beginner Tumbling This class is designed to develop basic tumbling techniques that are needed in achieving such skills as a cartwheel, handstand, a forward/backward roll and a strong round-off rebound. Intermediate Tumbling This class is designed to develop basic tumbling techniques that are needed in achieving such skills as a round-off back handspring. This class will also help to develop multiple back handspring and a standing back-tuck. The Inferno All-Stars The Inferno's are an All-star team for any level of cheerleaders. This is our competitive team. Please look at our Inferno's page for more information. CheerNastics CheerNastics is a class developed for the up and coming cheerleader. The class teaches Cheer Technique Jumps and Motions. It also Teaches the basic tumbling skills needed for cheerleading. |
